Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is progressing from his shoulder injury but his status for Week 17 against the Panthers is uncertain. Head coach Doug Pederson confirmed that Lawrence has an AC joint sprain and is still dealing with soreness. The Jaguars may hold off on having Lawrence practice until the pain subsides. If Lawrence can't play, C.J. Beathard would start and the Jaguars have signed Matt Barkley for added depth.
