New York Giants star running back Saquon Barkley has been ruled out for Thursday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers due to an ankle injury. Giants coach Brian Daboll initially hinted that Barkley had a chance to play, but less than 24 hours later, Barkley was officially ruled out.
