Bears head coach Matt Eberflus announced that wide receiver Chase Claypool won't be present at the team facility for Week 5 and won't be available for Thursday's game against the Commanders. Claypool was a healthy inactive for the previous game and it seems that the Bears and Claypool are heading for a potential trade or release. Claypool has recorded four receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets in the Bears' first three games.
