Josh Downs, wide receiver for the Colts, had a frustrating outing in Sunday's win over the Bucs. He caught just five of his 13 targets for 43 yards. QB Gardner Minshew had misfires and miscommunications with Downs, resulting in an interception. However, Downs' going-forward outlook is encouraging as he has averaged 8.4 targets per game over his last five healthy outings with Minshew. He also has three straight plus matchups against the Titans, Bengals, and Steelers in the next three weeks.
