San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle has been fined $13,699 by the NFL for wearing a T-shirt with abusive language towards the Dallas Cowboys during a game. Kittle revealed the shirt, which said 'F--- Dallas', while celebrating a touchdown. He stated that he has no regrets and would do it again. The shirt was a homage to former 49ers linebacker Gary Plummer, who wore a similar shirt during the 1994 NFC Championship Game against the Cowboys. The 49ers coach, Kyle Shanahan, had no issue with Kittle wearing the shirt, calling it part of his persona. Cowboys pass-rusher Micah Parsons felt that Kittle made it more personal than necessary, while safety Jayron Kearse had no problem with it.
