Titans coach Mike Vrabel stated that Will Levis and Malik Willis will play if starter Ryan Tannehill is unable to play due to a right high ankle sprain. Tannehill's injury has improved, but he did not participate in practice on Wednesday. Levis and Willis split reps during practice and are both preparing to start if called upon.
