Aaron Rodgers is unlikely to play again this season despite no setbacks with his surgically repaired Achilles' tendon. The expectation is that he'll be sidelined for the rest of the season, especially if the Jets continue to fade from the playoff picture. The Jets have until December 20 to activate Rodgers or keep him on IR. If they keep him on the roster, he would remain inactive on game days but stay connected and involved with the team. In the meantime, Tim Boyle will start as the Jets' quarterback with Trevor Siemian and Zach Wilson as backups.
