Ryan Tannehill, the quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, is not ready to practice yet due to an ankle injury. Coach Mike Vrabel stated that Tannehill is unlikely to play in Week 8 against the Falcons, although he has not been ruled out yet. If Tannehill is unable to play, Malik Willis and rookie Will Levis are expected to see playing time.
