LB De'Vondre Campbell and S Darnell Savage have been ruled out for the Packers' game against the Panthers. Isaiah McDuffie will start in place of Campbell and has been a consistent tackler in his previous starts. Quay Walker is expected to play despite limited practice. The absence of Savage will be a blow to the Packers' defense.
