Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has been cleared from concussion protocol and will be available for Thursday night's game against the Saints. Atwell has been splitting the No. 3 wide receiver duties with Demarcus Robinson in his last two healthy games. However, neither player is recommended for Week 16 fantasy options, except for one-game DFS contests.
