C.J. Stroud had an excellent statistical performance in the Texans' loss to the Colts, completing 30 of 47 passes for 384 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. He also rushed three times for one yard and committed two fumbles, losing one and recovering the other. Despite missing four starting offensive linemen and playing with a sore shoulder, Stroud showed good command of the offense and connected with Nico Collins and Tank Dell for touchdown passes. He expects to be back to full health for Week 3.
