Despite attempting to play through the pain, Hill was unable to cut and change directions effectively. This will be the first game Hill has missed since joining the Dolphins and his absence presents a challenge for the team as they aim to win the AFC East title. Hill is also in pursuit of the single-season NFL receiving yards record and is close to reaching 2,000 receiving yards in a single season for the first time in NFL history.
