Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins left the game against the New York Jets early due to a calf injury. Collins surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in a single season for the first time in his career before exiting the game. The Texans' passing attack struggled in the first half without their top receivers, and quarterback C.J. Stroud had a difficult time connecting with his targets. Texans linebacker Blake Cashman and cornerback Tavierre Thomas also suffered hamstring injuries and were ruled out.
