Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell is unlikely to play against the Commanders due to a concussion. Atwell was a full participant in practice but has not been cleared for game action. He is expected to return in Week 16. With Atwell out, Demarcus Robinson will be the Rams' No. 3 wide receiver.
