The Dallas Cowboys have released linebacker Rashaan Evans after he was arrested for possession of marijuana. Evans played in nine games for the Cowboys and recorded nine tackles. The team waived him to make room for offensive tackle Matt Waletzko, who was activated off injured reserve.
