The Minnesota Vikings will start rookie Jaren Hall at quarterback in a must-win home game Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers, coach Kevin O'Connell announced Thursday. Hall will be making his second NFL start. His first, against the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 5, was cut short in the first quarter when he suffered a concussion. The Vikings have started veteran Nick Mullens at quarterback the past two weeks, both losses, which dropped the Vikings to 7-8 on the season. Mullens threw six interceptions in his stwo starts. The Packers also are 7-8.
