Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett had surgery for a high ankle sprain and will be ruled out for Thursday night's game against the New England Patriots. Mitch Trubisky will start at quarterback in his absence. Pickett is expected to be sidelined for a couple of weeks. In his second season, Pickett has thrown for 2,070 yards with six touchdowns and four interceptions. Despite the loss, the Steelers remain in playoff position in the AFC.
