Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins will miss his second straight game due to a hamstring injury. Along with Higgins, defensive end Sam Hubbard (ankle) and wide receiver Andrei Iosivas (knee) have also been ruled out. Wide receiver Charlie Jones (thumb) is listed as questionable. Higgins has 27 receptions, 328 receiving yards, and two touchdown catches this season.
