Matthew Stafford, quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams, practiced in full on Wednesday after dealing with a bruised hip. He is expected to play in Week 5 against the Eagles. Wide receiver Cooper Kupp and running back Kyren Williams are also dealing with injuries.
