RB Alexander Mattison continued to dominate backfield usage for the Vikings in their game against the Chargers. He took 20 carries for 93 yards and had 5 receptions for 32 yards on 7 targets. Mattison benefited from facing a weak Chargers defense and the Vikings running 83 offensive plays. He is expected to retain the clear backfield lead until/unless something changes. In Week 4, he has a high-upside matchup against the Panthers defense.
