A Tennessee judge has decided to end the conservatorship agreement between former NFL player Michael Oher and the Tuohy family, who took him in when he was in high school. Oher had signed the agreement when he was 18 and living with the family, allowing them to control his finances. However, Oher has now requested a financial accounting from the Tuohys, claiming that they used his name and likeness to enrich themselves. The judge expressed her disbelief that such an agreement was ever reached and stated that she had never seen a conservatorship agreement with someone who was not disabled.
