The Buffalo Bills have activated tight end Dawson Knox from injured reserve. Knox had been out with a wrist injury and underwent surgery. He has 15 receptions for 102 yards and one touchdown this season. With Knox returning, rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid's role in the offense may decrease.
