Cooper Kupp will not have any limitations while making his season debut against the Eagles. He came off IR and closed the week as a full participant in practice. Kupp will be rejoining a new-look Rams offense that has been led by Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell in the first four weeks of the season. Despite the changes on offense, Kupp is expected to be an elite fantasy contributor.
