Quarterback Gardner Minshew and rookie receiver Josh Downs of the Indianapolis Colts took advantage of a free play and connected for a 59-yard touchdown pass against the Cleveland Browns. The play occurred after an offsides penalty against the Browns' Myles Garrett, but there was no whistle and the play continued. Downs was wide open down the right sideline, and despite a last-ditch effort by cornerback Denzel Ward, he crossed the goal line for the touchdown. Minshew later scored on a 17-yard rush to give the Colts the lead.
