Justin Fields, quarterback for the Chicago Bears, is doubtful for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints due to a thumb injury. Fields has been sidelined since dislocating his right thumb in Week 6 and has missed two games. In his return to practice, he threw for the first time since October 15 and wore a glove to help with his grip. Fields' grip strength is not yet at 100 percent, and his return will depend on further progression. In the meantime, rookie Tyson Bagent will continue to start at quarterback for the Bears.
