New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr is in concussion protocol after sustaining his second concussion in three weeks. Carr has also been dealing with shoulder injuries in the past three games. He is currently being evaluated for a rib injury. Backup quarterback Jameis Winston would start if Carr is unable to play.
