Anthony Richardson, quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, suffered a concussion and will not return to Sunday's game against the Texans. In Week 2, Richardson completed six of his 10 pass attempts for 56 yards and had three carries for 35 yards, including two rushing touchdowns. He will now seek clearance to play in the next game against the Ravens.
