Head coach Mike Vrabel confirmed that Tannehill is still recovering from a right high-ankle sprain and won't be ready to play. The team has not named a starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Falcons, but both Malik Willis and Will Levis will get reps under center. Tannehill's availability for Week 9 is also uncertain as the Titans have a Thursday night game and are likely to have limited practice leading up to it.
