Clyde Edwards-Helaire is expected to have an expanded role in the Kansas City Chiefs' backfield on Sunday against Buffalo due to Isiah Pacheco's injury. Head coach Andy Reid confirmed that Edwards-Helaire is the next man up, but Jerick McKinnon will also be available and serve as the top passing-down back. Edwards-Helaire has only had more than seven touches in a game once this season.
