Texans wide receiver Robert Woods is active for today's game against the Bengals. Woods' foot injury doesn't seem to be a major issue as he was a full participant in Friday's practice. With Nico Collins out with a calf injury, Woods will join Tank Dell and Noah Brown as Houston's top three wide receivers.
