Justin Fields, quarterback for the Chicago Bears, participated in a full practice on Wednesday after being sidelined for the past four games with a dislocated right thumb. Head coach Matt Eberflus stated that Fields is progressing well and the team plans to have him start against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
