- The Dolphins will clinch the AFC East title with a win or tie, or if Buffalo loses or ties
Buffalo Bills
- The Bills can clinch a playoff berth with a win and losses or ties by Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Houston, or Indianapolis, or with a tie and losses by Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, or Houston
Jacksonville Jaguars
- The Jaguars will clinch a playoff berth and the AFC South title with a win and losses by Indianapolis and Houston
Kansas City Chiefs
- The Chiefs will clinch a playoff berth and the AFC West title with a win or tie, or if Las Vegas loses or ties and Denver loses or ties
Philadelphia Eagles
- The Eagles will clinch the NFC East title with a win and a Dallas loss or tie, or with a tie and a Dallas loss
San Francisco 49ers
- The 49ers will clinch the 1-seed in the NFC with a win and losses by Detroit and Philadelphia
Los Angeles Rams
- The Rams will clinch a playoff berth with a win and a Seattle loss, or with a win and a tie in the Green Bay-Minnesota game
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- The Buccaneers will clinch a playoff berth and the NFC South title with a win, or with a tie and an Atlanta loss
