Jaguars defensive back Chris Claybrooks has been placed on the commissioner's exempt list following his arrest on domestic battery and false imprisonment charges. Claybrooks is ineligible to practice or attend games but will continue to be paid. He entered a plea of not guilty and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for September 11. This is the second time Claybrooks has been arrested on a domestic assault charge.
