The Los Angeles Rams have placed running back Kyren Williams on injured reserve due to an ankle injury. Williams will miss at least four games and will be eligible to return in Week 12. The Rams are also without backup running back Ronnie Williams, who injured his knee in the same game. The Rams have made several moves to address their running back depth, including elevating Royce Freeman to the active roster and signing Darrell Henderson to the practice squad. They also signed Myles Gaskin off the Vikings' practice squad and have rookie Zach Evans on the roster. Head coach Sean McVay has not yet revealed the running back rotation for the upcoming game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
