Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn has been activated to the 53-man roster and will be available to play in Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Horn, the 2021 first-round pick, has been recovering from a hamstring injury that required surgery after Week 1. The Panthers may also see the return of cornerback CJ Henderson, as well as outside linebackers Yetur Gross-Matos and Marquis Haynes.
