Kadarius Toney, wide receiver for the Chiefs, is not listed on the final injury report for Thursday night's opener against the Lions. He practiced in full on Wednesday after being limited the previous two days. However, it is still unlikely that Toney will play a full slate of snaps in Week 1, so he is not recommended as a starter.
